  • Before Shipment: You can cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. To cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@productsorient.com. Once the order is canceled, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
  • After Shipment: If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may return the item following our return policy once you have received it.

2. Special Orders and Custom Products

  • Orders for custom products or items marked as “Special Order” cannot be canceled once they are in production or have been shipped.

3. Refund Process

  • Once your cancellation request has been processed, any refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
